Background investigations are required for all new hires as a condition of employment. Employment will be contingent upon the University's acceptance of the results of the background investigation. Should an applicant be offered and accept a position at Immaculata University, the University will conduct Criminal Record / Child Abuse background checks to comply with PA Act 153 and PA Act 15 of the Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law as follows:
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Check
